Please help us evaluate Corel Draw for consideration as an Athena "drawing"
program; you can send your opinions to the 3partysw mailing list. Feel free
to pass this on to others not in these groups who may have an interest.
Our evaluation license expires in about 3 weeks so it would help if you could
try it soon.

****************************

I have installed a fully functional Corel Draw demo on Athena Suns. To
use it, first do "add evaluate; run-corel", then in the window that
pops open type one of the following:

	coreldraw
	corelpaint
	corelmosaic
	corelchart
	corelmosaic
	corelshow
	coreltrace

If you forget the names, the applications are located in

/mit/evaluate/corel300m/corel/solaris

I'd only try to run the ones starting with "corel-" or bad things might
happen.

They license it as a suite, and the other apps do related, mostly intuitive
things. I haven't even tried all of them so there may still be installation
glitches. Saving and printing should work (at least in coreldraw) and there
is online help. I have ordered a manual which should get here within a
week or so.

We only have one floating license and it runs out in a month, so try to
test it soon and please try not to use it for extended periods during
prime working hours.

They told me that a new release (3.5) is coming within 3-4 months but
at the momement they can't divulge any details. As usual, let me know
if there are any problems and I will try to fix them.

                                             Alex
