Subject: ATAPI Cd-ROM support built

I applied the ATAPI CD-ROM patches to the dev/netbsd-1.1 tree and
built them for /mit/netbsd/dev/machine-specific/new-drivers. I have
no idea if they work or not, and they say they don't support audio
commands yet, so they may not be very useful to some people.

I'll deal with PCMCIA support as soon as I can talk to John Kohl or
Karl. The patches on uni-mainz.de are rather old.
