I was at USENIX too so I'm just getting caught up on my mail now. 
Here is the header of the file I sent (just to make sure it's the same
one. It is a PS file with duplex set so if the printer can't print two
sided pages that might mess it up. Otherwise I've had no problem
printing it out on a HP LaserJet 4si.
