I need a knowledge ability card for Medic and an Item: Guitar. It wasn't 
included in my packet but is listed on my character sheet. (and you know how
important it might be to make another guitar :) :) :)

You automatically have a guitar.  No item card required for a musical
instrument you can play.  Bring a physrep if you want, or just
air-guitar.. ;)

Yes, we will have that abil card for you.

I need the known list of machines that is supposed to be included with
the Tech Construction Sheets.

There may be a list included in the rules addendum.  Stay tuned.
Otherwise, pretend that wasn't mentioned.

And now for the questions ...

What is the difference between the EVADE ability and the elude pursuit ability
that all gangers have? If they are the same should I also have a catchup
ability card too?

They are the same.  Yes.  Remember, these only work on your turf!

Who is my contact for getting my drugs?
How much does a dose of each cost?

Where do I go for my daily dose of water? Do I have an appartment or
something or do I just dive right into the Atlantic? Where do I stash
my guitar during this time?

You need sea water.  You can go to any location in game which has a
first floor door to the outdoors, or to the Basement of 36.

You don't need to stash it - you can just carry it.  It's not bulky.
