Welcome to the first open FSP site on the net.  PLEASE NOTE that this
    is not set up to be an archival site.  It is, instead, a public access
    file exchange center whose only purposes are for you to trade, share,
    and (heaven forbids) sell any files in any manner you choose, and for
    me to thoroughly excercise my FSP software.  ALSO NOTE, materials that
    are illegal in the US are not welcome.  The Admin has the obligation to
    cooperate with the authority in the investigation of illegal acts.

    You may place any files into the directories "incoming/files" and
    "incoming/requests".  The first is the primary exchange area.  Files
    in it will be move to "incoming/over_2_days" when they are more than
    2 days old.  They will stay there for two more days before they are
    removed.  The "incoming/requests" directory is for posting requests,
    replies, and comments. Files in it will be deleted when they are more
    than 1 week old. 

    Components of a file or directory path on the host of this server are
    limited to 14 char long.  For directories, that is the hard limit for
    fsp as well.  However, the current version of fsp will hash long file
    names into short ones.  Long names that map into the same hash value
    will reference the same file.
