The one-day collection will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Malibu Civic Center parking lot at 23519 W. Civic Center Way, Malibu. Residents can discard paint, car oil, antifreeze, pesticides, car batteries and other waste. Explosive or radioactive materials will not be accepted.
