Among the options available are the upgrading of or increase in service to already-existing programs such as Dial-A-Ride and the Summer Beach Bus. The city could also use funds to improve bus stops or begin either a Foothill Boulevard or citywide shuttle. Available money includes $689,275 in Prop. A funds and $320,050 from Prop. C.
