On Tuesday, Nack, 68, was in a crosswalk at Green Street and Catalina Avenue when she was struck by a car driven by Don Keene, 86, of Pasadena, police Lt. Rick Law said. The driver, who was not cited, was making a left turn from Catalina Avenue and apparently did not see Nack, Law said. This article is copyright 1992 The Los Angeles Times Home Edition.
