Controversy Music, Guns N' Roses Music and Jobete Music Co. said in a copyright lawsuit that the Lancaster County Racquetball & Health Club failed to get license agreements for use of three songs on Aug. 5. The songs were the Prince hit "Round and Round," "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses and the Motown hit "I'll Be There," published by Jobete. The lawsuit seeks at least $1,500 in damages and no more than $60,000. This article is copyright 1992 The Los Angeles Times Home Edition.
