The parade along Bellflower Boulevard will begin at 11 a.m. at Walnut Street and move north to Jefferson Street. KTLA sportscaster Ed Arnold will be grand marshal. Liberty Day also marks the 35th anniversary of Bellflower's incorporation as a city, with festivities scheduled for 6 p.m. at Thompson Park, 14001 S.
