Len Safir, founder and president of Hollywood Fantasy Corp., had sued the actress for not honoring an $11,000 contract to appear in San Antonio. Trial testimony took just 90 minutes. Jurors ordered that Gabor pay $1 million for breach of contract, $1 million for fraud and another $1 million in punitive damages. Cal Ross, Gabor's manager who was present, expressed shock at the verdict and said his client would have attended if she had known of the trial. The judge said Gabor was notified.
