Cruise began his film career at Paramount with the movie "Taps," and has since starred in such Paramount films as "Top Gun" and "Days of Thunder." Cruise and Wagner, who has been his agent for 11 years at Creative Artists Agency, formed the production company in July. As part of this deal, Cruise will star in two major films for Paramount over the next three years.
