The project is on the south side of the freeway between the Shoemaker Avenue on- and off-ramps. The work, by Valley Crest Landscape Inc. of Santa Ana, includes a 15-foot decorative rockscape, three tiers of ponds and 15-foot waterfalls and geysers. Waterfalls and trees will be lighted at night.
