C Funds Allocated Date: Sat, 21 Nov 92 09:41:27 EST Message-ID: HEADLINE: West Covina Prop. C Funds Allocated Publication Date: Thursday November 19, 1992 BYLINE: The City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to spend $285,000 of its Proposition C funds for road reconstruction, a Metrolink shuttle, bike route maintenance and a pavement management study. The funds would provide an additional $200,000 to rebuild part of Vincent Avenue, bringing that project's cost to $665,000. It would also provide $30,000 for bike route maintenance; $20,000 to conduct a pavement evaluation study, and $35,000 for a Metrolink Shuttle from parking at the West Covina Civic Center to the Baldwin Park Station. The Los Angeles County Transportation Commission must review the plans. The commission has already approved plans for $1.3 million of the city's $1.6-million share of the sales tax measure.
