The lines would be submerged along Studebaker Road from 183rd Street to the Artesia (91) Freeway and along Artesia Boulevard between Bloomfield and Shoemaker avenues. The hearings will be at 7 p.m. Dec. 2 at City Hall, located at Bloomfield and 183rd. No timetable has been established for the projects to place electric and telephone lines underground.
