Storehouse of London said it has entered into an agreement for the sale to MTLG Acquisition Corp., headed by Marvin Traub. The price was not disclosed. Traub, 67, stepped down from Bloomingdale's on Aug., 1991. Conran Stores operates Conran's Habitat chain of 19 stores located principally on the East Coast. Los Angeles also has three Conran stores.
