Yet, I saw far less in Bill Clinton, who repeatedly changed his life history and his position on major issues. If that is what is considered an agent of change and a man of action, then I'd have had no problem sticking with a President who at least stands by his convictions and displays a reassuring consistency during a time of continual tumult.
