Oatsvall, who had complained of back and abdominal pains, was taken by helicopter to Mercy Hospital, trainer Brian Barry said. Oatsvall remained conscious after trainers and team doctors performed CPR on the sideline late in the fourth quarter of San Diego State's game against Hawaii, Barry said.
