San Antonio College. Agoura, two-time defending state champion, beat Rolling Hills Estates Peninsula, 42-56, for the Division I title to avenge two regular-season losses. Sophomore Amy Skieresz paced the Chargers to their sixth consecutive section title with a winning effort of 17 minutes 24 seconds over the three-mile course. The top four teams in each of the four divisions, and the top five individuals not on a qualifying team, advanced to next Saturday's state championships in Fresno.
