Fringe picks up the Western theme that's so strong this season. Thanks to its classic tailoring, the Dress-for-Less version will look smart even after the fringe fad is over. In addition, it's machine washable and travels well. Petite women need not fear being overwhelmed by culottes. I'm only 5 foot 2 inches tall, but I find them stylish and comfortable. When buying culottes, smaller women just need to be sure they are not too bulky at the top. I found the Dress-for-Less version at Units.
