Department of Corrections, Metropolitan Police stormed a house in the 700 block of Quincy Street NW yesterday and arrested the second of two recent escapees from Lorton Prison. Daleton Horne, 26, who had been serving nine to 27 months for attempted robbery, was questioned about the logisitics of the escape after having been found and arrested in the basement of the house, officials said. The raid ended a little more more than three days of freedom for Horne. Another inmate, murderer and armed robber Kevin Bryant King, 22, was caught without incident Friday night. The two fled Lorton under cover of morning fog Thursday by cutting through two chain-link fences, triggering finger pointing by the correctional officers union, which complained that understaffing makes it impossible to guard the medium-security facility adequately.
