In many cases, rewards are offered for tips leading to the capture and conviction of suspects. The FBI and Metropolitan Police are looking for Brooke Maurice Tolliver, who is wanted for the first-degree murder of Craig Ronald Austin. Mr. Austin was shot Oct. 25 in front of Howard University's Blackburn Center in the 2400 block of Sixth Street NW. Tolliver, 21, is 6 feet tall and 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 700 block of Gresham Place NW. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts may contact the FBI at 202/324-6256 during regular working hours or 202/252-7801 at any time, or the police department's warrant squad, 202/727-3722.
