Police arrived at the apartment in the 2200 block of Farrington Avenue in the Huntington area about 11 p.m., according to officials in Fairfax. They arrested the man who lived there, Victor M. Palacios, 45, and charged him with maintaining "a bawdy house." Two women, Gloria Santana-Arias, 35, of the District, and Lucero Ramirez, 36, of Jackson Heights, N.Y., were charged with prostitution. Six men were also arrested. Police identified them as Oscar Amaya, 21, of Winchester, Jose Arqueta, 25, of Baileys Crossroads, Pedro Arqueta, 31, of Huntington, and Fidel Rubio, 39, Caesar Rivera, 29 and Francisco Navarriste, 33, of Alexandria City. S=NEW STORY Police seek suspect in carjacking Fairfax County police are looking for a suspect in a carjacking Saturday night. A 46-year-old Herndon woman was in the parking lot of the West Falls Church Metro station about 10 p.m. when a man approached her, displayed a handgun, and demanded the keys to her 1991 Ford Explorer. He forced her to get into the car and demanded her money, which she gave him. He then ordered her out of the car and drove off westbound on Leesburg Pike. The woman was not injured. The suspect is described as a Hispanic man is his late 20s, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 160 pounds with short, curly black hair.
