Ranelli managing partner for its Washington client service cluster. He will direct operations in Washington, Baltimore, Norfolk, Newport News, Richmond, Roanoke and Lynchburg. Previously, Mr. Ranelli was managing partner of the firm's Washington metro offices. Greenhorne & O'Mara Inc., a Greenbelt consulting design firm, named Mark E. Steiner and David A. Denne vice presidents. Mr. Steiner was named operational vice president of integrated management, scientific and engineering services. Mr. Denne will be vice president for federal marketing. Previously, Mr. Steiner was senior vice president for Systems Planning Corp. Inc.; Mr. Denne was director of marketing for Dewberry & Davis. The Special Libraries Association promoted Lynn K. Woodbury to the newly created position of assistant executive director of financial services. Previously, Ms. Woodbury was director of financial services for the Washington association.
