The three teens, who are 13, 14 and 16, were inside the Popeye's fried chicken restaurant at 4525 Benning Road NE about 11:15 p.m. when a man began shooting through the window, police said. The 13-year-old, shot in the head, was in serious condition at D.C. General Hospital. The 14-year-old, grazed in the head and wounded in the leg, and the 16-year-old, shot in the shoulder, were in good condition yesterday at Children's Hospital. Police were looking for the gunman, whose identity is still unknown. A police spokesman said they do not know why he fired into the restaurant. S=NEW STORY Police seek suspects in fatal shootings Police are looking for suspects in the fatal shooting of a woman and a 25-year-old man in Northeast early yesterday morning. Also yesterday, a 17-year-old was killed in a drive-by shooting in the 4900 block of Call Place SE. He was pronounced about 5:30 p.m., police said. In the earlier shooting, a man and two women were in a car at Mount Olivet and Bladensburg roads NE shortly after 3 a.m. when another car pulled up and someone in that car fired several shots.
