Darryl A. Hill, 15, of the 1400 block of Duncan Street NE was charged in the July 14 shooting death of Dwayne Drake, 16. Dwayne, of the 1500 block of Isherwood Street NE, was found shot to death in the 400 block of 15th Street NE. Authorities said Darryl will be charged as an adult in the murder. S=NEW STORY Two-time bank robber gets 21 years in jail A Washington man was sentenced yesterday to 21 years and 10 months for two armed robberies of the same Washington bank. David Ray, 39, of the 1100 block of Bates Street NE was sentenced as a career criminal. He was convicted Aug. 25 of robbing the First American Bank in the 700 block of 15th Street NW on two days. On Feb. 19, he got $6,000 after he demanded money from a bank teller and threatened to "blow her brains out" while he kept a hand in his pocket.
