Asked, "What about Hillary Clinton? What will she be doing in this new administration?", transition team director Warren Christopher said in a taped interview on CNN's "Newsmaker Sunday": "I think it's best for you to ask Governor Clinton . . . What her role will be will really be up to Governor Clinton to say." "Do you think it would be appropriate for her to take a formal position?" asked CNN's Wolf Blitzer. "There's even been speculation she could emerge as attorney general." "I really would rather not comment on that, but I see no sign that that's likely to happen," Mr. Christopher said. "It seems to me that she is playing the traditional role of the wife, a very active, very talented wife of a candidate. She was certainly extremely helpful toward the end of the campaign when Mr. Clinton's voice ran out. It's still in very bad shape.
