(AP) - During the presidential campaign, Bill Clinton's "I didn't inhale" claim concerning his admission of a college experimentation with marijuana was often the subject of mocking jokes. As the victor, it's Mr. Clinton who can afford to make light of the phrase now. The president-elect was photographed Saturday with a big cigar in his mouth as he golfed with a friend. Yesterday, as he spoke with passers-by during a walk around his Little Rock neighborhood, one woman asked Mr. Clinton what his doctor would say about cigar smoking. "Oh, I didn't smoke it," Mr. Clinton said. "You didn't inhale?" a man standing on the sidewalk said, laughing. The president-elect cracked a broad smile and repeated the line, "I didn't inhale." He said someone at the golf course had given the cigar to him as a symbol of victory. "I never smoke those things," he said. "I'm allergic to them. Besides, that's a bad example."
