TAMPA, Fla.  - San Jose broke a nine-game losing streak as Mike
Sullivan and Dave Snuggerud scored 27 seconds apart in the third period
against Tampa Bay.

Sullivan intercepted an attempted clearing pass by the Lightning's
Peter Taglianetti and beat Wendell Young to make it 1-0 just 2:49 into the
period.
