An Associated Press article yesterday incorrectly reported that
Russian President Boris Yeltsin told the South Korean parliament
that Russia had withdrawn all strategic nuclear weapons from the
Far East. Yeltsin said Russia had withdrawn some nuclear weapons
and spoke of removal of short-and medium-range weapons.<02:06
