"In the last few days, new information has come to light that requires a review by the commissioner's office," said a statement released by Vincent. He said the reinstatement has to be done properly. GIANTS OPEN TO MOVE: The owners of the San Francisco Giants opened the door for other cities to bid for the team Monday. The Giants told city officials that San Francisco would be given no more consideration than any other locale nationwide in an effort to find a suitable home for the team. Area voters have turned down four proposals in the past five years to publicly finance a new stadium. BULLS TO HOLD RALLY: The Chicago Bulls will try to restore order to the celebration of their NBA championship Tuesday with a rally in Grant Park. Rioting erupted Sunday night after the Bulls won their second straight title. In the violence, 1,016 arrests were made for burglary, theft and mob activities. There were 95 injuries, including two police officers and three civilians who were shot. BOWNESS, HOLMGREN NAMED COACHES: Former Boston Bruins coach Rick Bowness was named coach of the expansion Ottawa Senators Monday, and former Philadelphia Flyers coach Paul Holmgren will take over the Hartford Whalers. Also, the NHL will hand out awards Tuesday night. Mark Messier of the New York Rangers is favored to win MVP honors. ARAZI TO RACE AGAIN: Arazi will make his first start Tuesday since finishing eighth in the May 2 Kentucky Derby. The 3-year-old colt will be the 4-to-5 favorite in the 1-mile St. James Palace Stakes at Ascot. It will be French-based Arazi's first career start in England. Arazi has won eight of 10 lifetime starts and was the 1991 2-year-old champion colt. The Derby loss broke an eight-race winning streak. TYSON MAY NOT BOX AGAIN: Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson says he may never box again. Tyson, currently serving a six-year prison sentence for rape, made the comment to CBS' Ed Bradley. "I know that my body is here," Tyson is quoted as saying, "but my mind is not and that's how I'm surviving." The interview will air on Bradley's CBS program "Street Stories" Thursday.
