The procedure can take some time, but the paperwork has gotten a
lot simpler from the state it was in earlier this year.
Hit their web site (http://www.cygnus.com), pick "Product Information",
& "Cygnus Network Security".  The "How to Get..." brings up
a form that you need to fill out, print, sign, & fax to them.

Also, if you've gone thru this process before you can forward
them your confirmation email & skip the fax.
