I've written a simple minded first cut at a script to do this. At the
moment it only lists the number of outstanding PRs but not their age
or how fast the number is changing, both of which would be good. I'm
testing it in cron on pain tonight. If it works, and there are no
objections, I'm pointing the out put at netbsd-developers starting
tomorrow at midnight.

Speak now or be harangued every 24 hours!
