Actually, I think a better approach to take is "if there are no real 
objections to the following..."  Put a time-limit on how long you're 
going to wait, say ... 3 business days.  If you don't hear a Real 
Objection in that period of time, then it's probably safe to assume that 
it's OK.

If anyone disagrees with the above assessment, please speak up :-)
