ok, here's my question....I have just inherited the job of sys-admin on a
 bunch of unix networks at IUP ( indiana university of PA ).  One cluster
 is made up of DECstations running ultrix, the other of linux boxes ( and
 a few more independent machines ).  The ultrix clustr is using some 
combination of BIND with hesiod classes and kerberos to distribute
 password, shadow, and quota files along with the other standard ones 
that bind distibutes.  My problem is this, 1 I don't completely understand
 how this works ( which makes it difficult to maintain it ), and 2 I need to
 set up the same thing on the linux cluster.  Ok, so why am I posting here?
  Well, I have found tons of stuff on DNS and BIND, and all of them say
 what I want to do is possible when bind is used in conjuction with kerberos
, the problem is I can't find very much on krberos.  Anyhow, if anyone
 could possibly point me in the direction of some literature which deals with
 this isuue ( or any in-dpeth coverage of krberos for that matter ) i would 
be greatly appreciative .....
