Hello, everybody.  I trust this message finds everybody happy and
productive following their holiday season (OK, so I'm not doing to
well on this score myself, but hey).

Yes, once again I have won 30 free tickets to Nick's Comedy Stop in
downtown Boston.  Many of you know the drill already: If you're
interested in going, let me know so that I can make sure they know
roughly how many of us there'll be.  We'll meet up at Nick's, over in
the theater district, at around 6:45.  They'll let us in around 7 (but
some of us will be stuck outside waiting for the lameoids who show up
late) and feed us pasta for dinner.  

I'm willing to meet up with folks who T over; otherwise, if you're
interested and want to know how to get there, drop me a line (as I
say, I need to know you're coming).  Yes, it's OK to not be sure if
you're coming or not---let me know just in case, it makes things
easier.

Caveat: The free ticket and free buffet are based on the notion
(apparently safe) that Nick's will succeed in selling some of us
drinks.  This means that the under-21's out there are out of
luck---you're welcome to come along, but you'll have to pay the
regular cover charge (which I think is $6).  

And of course, if you just came back from your holidays and it's
already long past January 3rd, by all means just trash this message.
