Subject: PCMCIA support added to new-drivers

I've added PCMCIA support to the new-drivers kernels. Some of the
patches required a lot of manual merging, so I'm not as confident that
they work. I also don't know if people can install over a PCMCIA
ethernet card without the user-level PCMCIA utilities.
