Unfortunately, I can't print this one either, and neither can any of the outside vendors I've asked to look at the file. The file does not begin with the information that you quoted in your email, so something must be going wrong in the saving or transferring processes. For the next step, can you put the original TeX file and the PostScript version on a disk and (snail) mail it to me? This will allow me to test both files and compare them to the PostScript file you put on cppost; hopefully we'll be able to isolate the problem, along with finally running out a hard copy of the manuscript. If this sounds good plan to you, please send me an email when you mail the disk so I'll know when to expect it. Once we solve the communication problem we should be able to return to our original plan of ftping files.
