By "front", do you mean the default responsible person, or on the Cc: list?
I added him to the latter until ya say you want him, instead of eichin,
dealing with the new PRs.

There are two sets of things:

	* the responsible person for that category
	* the people to also notify for that category (the last field of
	  the categories file)
	* the contact for that customer
	* the people to also notify for that customer (the last field of the
	  submitters file)

The files are in /prms/PRMS/prms-adm, and are group-writable.
