Sen. John Glenn (D-Ohio) has proclaimed the week of Nov. 22-28 as "National Caregivers Week." We are among the countless members of society who are the caretakers of the chronically ill. Some of us are spouses, lovers and just plain people who "care" and show it in a tangible way. It is just the luck of the draw that the sentence in the wedding vow "in sickness and health" happen to befall us.
