Five-year-old Tiffany Marie Onsurez died at a hospital despite attempts by a teacher's aide and a fire captain to perform the Heimlich maneuver. A teacher also tried cardiopulmonary resuscitation after the Wilson School student choked during lunch. Fire Capt. Randy Phillips said: "It's just one of those tragic cases.
