Officers called to Glenwood Road and Allen Avenue about 12:40 a.m. found a 20-year-old man bleeding from numerous stab wounds to his neck. He died at St. Josephs Medical Center. Almost simultaneously, other officers found a second victim, a 22-year-old man, in a yard on the 1100 block of Allen Avenue. He died at the scene from multiple stab wounds to the neck. The victims' names were withheld until relatives could be notified. Police were told the suspect had fled in a purple Dodge Shadow. About an hour later, officers saw the car drive past the crime scene. Police stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver, Marvin Edward Johnson III, 19, of Anaheim. "It appears that the suspect and victims knew each other and that the murders were the result of a dispute between the parties," Sgt. Lief Nicolaison said.
