Small investors' mood is improving: The American Assn. of
Individual Investors says its weekly market sentiment poll shows 35% of
respondents bullish, up sharply from 21% a week earlier and the highest
since early summer. Only 30% of respondents were bearish, down from 47% a
week earlier and 56% two weeks ago.
