Captions under photographs of two Georgetown advisory neighbor-
hood commission candidates in yesterday's District Weekly over-
simplified their positions. Ray Brown does not oppose a power
plant proposal by Georgetown University; Myrna Firestone favors
size limits on the power plant. Both favor a tougher moratorium
