CORRECTIONS=

An article Sunday incorrectly described Discovery Network, an
Ohio corporation that is challenging a Cincinnati ordinance bar-
ring distribution of commercial handbills. The company is not in
the cable television business. Also, the article misidentified a
court that has ruled on the case. It was the 6th U.S. Circuit
Court of Appeals.<

The dates of a three-day telecommunications conference at the Hy-
att Regency Hotel in Reston were incorrectly listed in Sunday's
Business section. The conference is scheduled for Nov. 16-18.<

An item on Saturday's Religion page incorrectly described Kris-
tallnacht. It commemorates the destruction of Jewish shops and
synagogues, and the death and deportations of Jewish people to
concentration camps throughout Germany by Nazi storm troopers in
November 1938. An interreligious service marking the event will
be held at 8 o'clock tonight at the Washington Hebrew Congrega-
tion, Massachusetts Avenue and Macomb Street NW.< 02:25 11-
