ABC, NBC TIE FOR SECOND: ABC and NBC tied for second place for the week. ABC's "20:20" ranked No. 9, its highest rating since May. DENVER STATIONS REJECT AD: Three Denver TV stations refused to run an ad from Colorado for Family Values, a group that is behind an amendment to strike down ordinances protecting homosexuals from discrimination, according to Electronic Media.
