Accused of rape: Lewis Billups, James Francis, David Fulcher, Barney Bussey, Rickey Dixon, Rodney Holman, Tim McGee, Craig Ogletree, Eric Thomas, Ickey Woods and Bernard Clark. Others were accused of "aiding and abetting." VINCENT RELAXES AFTER RESIGNING: Fay Vincent spent his first day as baseball's former commissioner "not worrying about any of the issues that have been on my mind for so long." Vincent relaxed at his summer home on Cape Cod, Mass., and talked to friends inside and outside baseball who called to wish him well.
