Wadkins hit every green in regulation or better in his bogey-free round. Sluman made the first hole in one on the fourth hole in the 56-year history of The Masters en route to his bogey-free round. Four players are tied at 68. NHL SEASON ON HOLD: The National Hockey League season got a reprieve Thursday. When the deadline passed at 3 p.m. EDT Thursday for striking players to accept the owners' final offer, owners officially withdrew it from the table. But when Bob Goodenow, executive director of the players association, agreed to meet with NHL President John Ziegler at 8 a.m. EDT Friday, owners decided on a reprieve. NO CHARGES AGAINST METS PLAYERS: No charges will be filed against three New York Mets - Dwight Gooden, Vince Coleman and Daryl Boston - accused of raping a New York woman last year, prosecutors said Thursday. Florida state attorney Bruce Colton cited a lack of corroborating evidence and a long delay in the woman's complaint in the decision not to bring charges.
