In a thrilling finish, LeMond won the USA's longest and richest race by 20 seconds. For winning the 11-day, 1,000-mile race, LeMond got $50,000. ORLANDO GETS FIRST PICK: The Orlando Magic won the Shaquille O'Neal derby Sunday, getting the first pick in the June 24 NBA draft. They will almost certainly select the 7-1 LSU center Charlotte got the second pick and Minnesota the third. The No. 2 and No. 3 picks are uncertain. Among the top prospects are Alonzo Mourning of Georgetown, Christian Laettner of Duke and Jim Jackson of Ohio State. KING WINS MAZDA LPGA: Betsy King shot a record 17-under-par 267 to win the Mazda LPGA Championship at Bethesda (Md.) Country Club. "This is the best four days of golf I've ever played," she said. "I just made every putt, especially today when I had to." Sunday's 5-under-par 66 made her the first LPGA player to have four rounds in the 60s in a major championship. She won by 11 shots.
