CAVS ROUT BULLS IN GAME 2:
   It was all Cleveland in Game 2 of its NBA Eastern Conference 
final with Chicago. The Cavs routed the cold-shooting Bulls 107-81 
Thursday, holding Michael Jordan to 20 points, to even the 
best-of-seven series at 1-1. Brad Daugherty had 28 points and Mark 
Price scored 23 for Cavs. The Bulls missed their first 13 shots 
and shot just 28% in the first half. The Cavs shot 64% in the 
first half.
    
STEVENS LEADS PENGUINS TO WIN:
   The Pittsburgh Penguins took a 3-0 lead in their Wales 
Conference final with four goals from Kevin Stevens in a 5-1 win 
over the Boston Bruins Thursday. Stevens scored three in less than 
six minutes in the first period, then added a fourth in the final 
period. The Penguins can sweep the best-of-seven series with a 
Saturday. Mario Lemieux assisted on three of Stevens' goals.
    
ANGELS RECOVERING FROM CRASH:
   The California Angels spent Thursday recovering from the crash 
of their team bus at 1:47 a.m. on the New Jersey Turnpike. Manager 
Buck Rodgers was the most seriously injured, suffering a broken 
rib, right elbow and left knee in the crash that left 13 hurt. 
Rodgers, 53, will fly to California for surgery next week while 
the team will continue on to Baltimore Friday.
